We are totally committed to providing you with excellent service and information. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your service and report, you do not have to pay for it. We have only two requests:

1. You must notify us of why you are not satisfied in a timely fashion either in writing or by calling our Toll-Free number.
2. You must give us one chance to straighten out the problem to your satisfaction.

If you are still not satisfied with the quality of our service and report, we will not invoice you and you pay nothing!

   

• We have been providing top-quality Infrared Inspections since 1984. We have hundreds of satisfied customers including Fortune 500 companies such as GE, IBM, General Dynamics, Cushman and Wakefield, James River Paper, and Pfizer. We are listed with Dunn and Bradstreet.

• You get the advantage of our state-of-the-art focal plane array Infrared Cameras when we perform your inspections. Our FLIR instruments provide extremely high resolution documentation and are capable of detecting temperature differences as small as 0.1° Centigrade.

• Our Certified Thermographers are personable, professional and experienced with all aspects of Predictive Maintenance Inspections.

• You will receive a well-organized, easy-to-use typewritten report detailing the exact locations and priorities of your problem areas. All information is mounted in plastic sheet protectors and presented in a three-ring binder for easy access and long-term reference.

• We are a very customer-oriented company. We do excellent work, and we think you will be happy with our performance. In today’s economy, you don’t want to take any risks that you don’t have to, so we are taking the risk out of hiring us as a vendor. If you are not satisfied, you pay nothing. It’s as simple as that.
